Terms of Service

Hockey Hub App is a sports league management application that allows you to:

• Create and manage sports leagues and teams
• Track player statistics and performance
• Schedule games and manage venues
• View standings and league information

You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Subscription Plans

Hockey Hub App offers three subscription tiers:

• Weekly Subscription: Access to all features for 7 days
• Monthly Subscription: Access to all features for 30 days
• Season-Long Subscription: Access to all features for an entire sports season

Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through RevenueCat and billed through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) account. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

Auto-Renewal

Weekly and Monthly subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Season-Long subscriptions do not auto-renew. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's account settings.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

You may not use the App to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
• Use the App for any commercial purposes without our consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, which provides enterprise-grade security and complies with industry standards for data protection.

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Hockey Hub App and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the data you input into the App, including team information, player statistics, and game records. However, you grant us a license to use this data to provide the App's services.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
